Captain Nick Joslin of the 10th Mountain Division radios in to another soldier at the other end of this Albanian market in Vitina. The market can become filled with people. Soldiers must be vigilant. Later this day, one Albanian will kill another in a drive-by shooting at the market. NATO authorities say the murder was over a personal matter.
